Personal Statement

I have been in athletics my entire life. I participate in cross country in the fall, indoor track and field in the winter, and outdoor track and field in the spring. In the summer I am constantly in the weight room and out on the track and bluff trails preparing and training for the next season. I am a team captain on the varsity cross country team and have been apart of the school varsity track and cross country team since my 8th-grade year. I believe that a good leader will lead by example and not by force.

I strive to be the best I can be at all things I do. I am part of the National Honors Society, I have maintained a 3.86GPA throughout my high school career.

I am always ready to work hard and improve myself in any way possible. I love criticism and believe that without it no one would ever get better.
