Hi there my name if Byron E Arevalo Madrigal. I'm 16 years old and love to run track. I originally started cause of my sister. She was always dedicated to the sport and I admired that about her. When I first started I was in middle school. I grew to love the sport. In my eighth grade year, I got sloppy and didn't give it my all. I ended that season with the thought that I didn't give it everything I had and that bothered me so much. I promised myself that from that season onward that I would leave everything I had on the track. The thought of not giving it my all scares me. I don't want to wonder how great I could have been. So because of that fear after every practice, I always try to perfect my craft and try to get into the weight room. I'm a strong believer that there is always room for improvement. You can't improve if you don't put in the work.
