Logan Koenig '15 Recruiting Profile

Through hard work and determination, I am able to be more than just an average runner.  I am able to be a runner that achieves personal goals by knowing that I have done everything possible to prepare for a race.  A race obviously involves an extreme amount of mental toughness and by knowing that I have trained my hardest, I know that I am ready to race every time I step up to that line.  I am an athlete who always sees room to improve.  Each day I tell myself, "It's a great day to get better."  Whether it's an overused statement or not, I hold myself accountable to make it happen.  I know that in order to be the best I can be, I've got to train the best I can.  I am willing to put forth my effort to make me a better runner, a better teammate, and a better person overall.  It's not always easy, but I'm up for the challenge.  Personal success is the ultimate reward and an unbeatable feeling.
