Sean Jaqua '25 Recruiting Profile

At our Cross Country banquet this past fall, my coach said in his speech that in all his years of coaching, no athlete has ever worked harder in the off-season and been in better shape than me. That was a huge compliment from a coach who has guided many athletes to compete in college over the years, and I think it sums up my approach to both sports and academics. At college, I will continue to do the hard work necessary to succeed both on and off the track, for my own growth and for the success of my team. I am a versatile runner, competing in everything from long sprints to long distance. My goal is to join a program at a college with a strong sense of community and a team that has the collective desire to continually put in the work and level up together.
