2018 Highlights Personal Statement
As both a student and an athlete, I am constantly pressured by deadlines and goals that I must reach. Thankfully, track has enabled me to not only reach, but surpass these goals. The dedication and devotion I discovered throughout this sport has carried over into nearly every aspect of my life, and I encourage my fellow runners to live similarly. On the collegiate level, I will bring this spirit on a deeper level, not only to the sport, but to my school work, and the campus as a whole through involvement in the sport and academic organizations.
