- My training involves a mixture of speed endurance work outs, pure speed work outs, and technique work, If interested I have an entire PDF with all my workouts for the seasons including meets and rest days

- This is my regular season training.
- I train 6 days a week at my high school's track where I do work speed and endurance workouts Wednesday and Saturday and do technique on Mondays and Friday's. On Tuesday and Thursday's I go on a 25 minute run to get my legs turning over and blood flowing.
