Because I've seen how far I can go with focus and discipline in Cross Country, my goal is to compete and complete a Bachelor's degree at a Division 1 school. I've been described as very coachable, that I lead by example, and as an athlete with great potential. I have many interests including sports medicine, acting, visual art, and professionally running. I believe that it's important for athletes to be well rounded because you will be better able to bounce back from challenges and failures. My Senior year I'm doing just that, with this being my first time ever running cross country and competing in Track and Field at the high school level, as well as bringing my grades back up to Honor roll level. My desire to be an Olympian makes me an asset to a collegiate distance running program.
