Larramy Roberts '15 Recruiting Profile

When I was around 10 years old I declared that I would be a State Champion Long Distance Runner.  I achieved that goal my Sophomore year of high school.  I am now a Senior and my goals have become higher.  When I set my mind on a goal, I plan to achieve that goal.  I train with my team and then I train some more alone.  I understand what it takes to win and to be competitive. I do what the coach asks of me, and then I do some more.  I listen to my body, and push it to the limit.  

These characteristics mentioned above, not only apply to my running, but also in my academics and everyday life.  I set goals for myself, athletically, academically and personally.  I understand what it takes to be successful in all areas of life.  In this understanding, I am able to not only push myself but I push my teammates to their best.  I have been asked to train with the sprinters along with the long distance runners.  I am able to bring out the endurance in a runner. I would make a great teammate and addition to a track team.  This is my goal.
