Liam Harvey '22 Recruiting Profile

I am very serious about running. In addition to team practices, I take Epsom salt baths, roll, and stretch multiple times a day. I keep tabs on both my physical and mental status as well as my progression, making sure even the smallest details do not escape my attention. A unique characteristic of mine is the fact that my senior indoor season is my first full track season. Although I have done cross country since 7th grade, I have only this year realized that my talents lie in track. The progress I have made this season is extraordinary, and with the unparalleled coaching of collegiate teams, I can improve even more. I am an academically rigorous student, and everyone who knows me knows that I take my priorities extremely seriously.
