Carter Flowers '25 Recruiting Profile

My name is Carter Flowers. I am a distance runner from Schalmont High School in Rotterdam, New York. I primarily run Cross Country and other distance events for track such as the 1600m and 800m races. I am a very versatile athlete and I have a positive attitude. I am always looking to improve not just as a runner but also as a person. I will always put in the effort to achieve my goals and succeed. My coaches will agree that I am always eager to enhance and refine my abilities through hard work. Running is something that gives me a good perspective on life because no matter what place you come in you can always analyze and improve yourself for the better. Running in college would be a great opportunity to get an even better perspective and improve a lot more. I would love to be able to work with a team if likeminded runners who have the same goals as me. Running is my passion and I hope that I can pursue it with a school that I love.
