My first experience with running track was my 7th grade year, in middle school. I immediately felt the connection and have aspired to run track in high school and at the collegiate level. Running track in college would be a blessing and once in a lifetime opportunity that could have a positive impact in my life.
My start off the block is extremely fast and I train year-round. I am a great leader and mentor to several teammates. I am coachable and my goal is to be one of the hardest working runners and one of the hardest working recruits you'll find.
I would like to attend a college where I can be successful in the classroom and be a winner on the track. It would be an honor to be selected to a division I college, although I would be open to all options and would like to attend a college that would be a good fit for me both in the classroom and on the track field.
My goal is to continue working hard by training year-around to improve my event times, to reach my goals and to make my parents proud.
