Brody Geckler '24 Recruiting Profile

My name is Brody Geckler and I love running. I've been running for a while now and have increased my training over the years in order to do my best and get better overall. I love running with a team and I love interacting with people as a part of running, especially when trying to make friends of new teammates. My teammates say that I have a good sense of humor and that I'm easy to get along with, I try my best to make sure that everyone is included and that no one is left behind. As I get older and grow I want to continue to build my training more and more so as to become a more experienced runner than I am now. I also love cheering on my teammates during any kind of performance, whether it be for a regular meet or just a harder practice. My GPA is a 3.9 which I would say is pretty good, I tend to balance focusing on sports and overall academics fairly well. I usually like to know what the workouts are like beforehand so I can plan ahead a schedule for that day.
