I feel every person is a good candidate for any team they play for if you enjoy playing the game of futbol. People are considered good candidates from the academics, skills, and character but the most important one for me is character. I was able to be raised in an environment with the opportunities like playing high school soccer and club soccer. A coach once told me when I was about 13 he said " we play futbol for those who can't, enjoy where you are", this opened my view of everything I do from my academics and the choices I make in everyday life. I want to work to be the best because you become your best self from the journey you take and how serious you take it. The game of soccer hasn't just been a sport it's been a way to interact with people around the nation learning about others culture and everyday life situations. I hope to continue this journey in college and play, as well as to further my education so I have more opportunities in life to be successful.
Take the opportunities you have and do your best which was something my father and mother always told me. They also would tell me to me that you won't be your best everyday but you can try and do your best everyday. I enjoyed my first three years of high school where I scored over 60 goals for Louisburg High School, NC and finished my junior year with a 4.07 GPA before transferring schools to Rolesville High School, NC. I received all region in Region 4 for 1A my 9th and 11th grade year. I also was named first team all conference my 10th and 11th grade year and 2nd team my 9th grade year. My goal in life is to be the best Hispanic/American player to play ever and play in the Champions league and win World Cup final. It won't be easy of course but why can't a kid dream to be the best, that is how all successful people become successful, thinking of the unimaginable.
