I started cross country in 7th grade and at first it was just something to use as conditioning for hockey in the winter but as time went on I found a love for the sport and the things that came from it , I fell in love so much that freshmen year going into highschool I went all in on running focusing on it all year round. Quite frankly that's been one of the smartest choices I've made in the last few years. Running has brought so many great things to my life and I want to continue doing it at the highest level possible. I'm not the runner only focused on time and a pr I simply like the idea of just beating other people, and that's why I love the sport there is no if, ands,or buts about it you're either faster then someone or you're not, it is so simple and I love that.
