Caitlin Dems '20 Recruiting Profile

Eight years ago, I set foot on my first travel team. A team full of well-trained athletes that had been traveling together for years. I came on as an underdog with minimal rec ball experience. Though it was tough, the experience taught me so much about my character, and the person I wanted to grow into. It taught me how to work hard and persevere through difficult situations. It also helped me become a team player and a leader both on and off the field.

All of these skills help me every day in the classroom to reach my goal of graduating high school with an honors diploma. I am fortunate to be part of a wonderful organization that has won multiple championships and have played in many national tournaments. I am looking for a college that not only fits me athletically, but academically as well. Not only do I have the talent, but I have the work ethic, character and drive to make a lasting impression on your team!
