When searching for the right University for me, I keep in mind two things. Will this University get me where I want to go Athletically and will it prepare me for the future I see myself having academically?
I am a hard working, dedicated and committed athlete. I have given up much of what people might call a normal teenagers life to make sure I perform to the best that I can in track and, I believe that is one of the most important qualities to have when attempting to get an athletic scholarship.
I believe I would be a great addition to many University Track and Field teams because of my athletic achievements as well. I am currently the #1 Men's 110m Hurdler in Canada for U-18 and #2 Men's 110m Hurdler for U-20. I have run a personal best of 13.94 for 110m Hurdles and 8.02 on the 60m Hurdles. To run these times only as an 11th grader at the age of 17 is, in my eyes, a great quality to have when looking for potential athletes.
