Hobi Forti '25 Recruiting Profile

I am an academic focused student athlete that is always looking to improve my individual performances on and off the field. As a 4-sport athlete, I have a diverse skill set that allows me to perform at a high level no matter the game or competition.

Currently, I am looking for a higher learning institution to fulfill my goals in majoring in Accounting and allowing me to perform at a high level as a Track and Field jumper.

As a hardworking, coachable student athlete I will go above and beyond the expectations set forth and will rise to become a leader. I have a team first mentality with a sense of pride in individual accomplishments.

To Whom It May Concern: It is with great pleasure that I write this letter of recommendation for Hobi Forti who is an excellent student, athlete, and mentor in the Mount Carmel Area School District and community. As an employee, advisor, and coach of the Mount Carmel Area School District, I receive various requests from students to write letters on their behalf. I am overly eager to exert praise on Hobi, to highlight some of the incredible qualities I have seen in him since getting to know him. My interactions with Hobi have revolved around him being an athlete and student leader in his school and community. I recently started working with Hobi the past few years that he has been part of our track and field program, as well as other programs within our school district. Hobi has been an incredible asset to all of the programs that he is involved in. He brings great energy, confidence, and dedication, always giving 100% in all that he does. He is a positive role model to all those around him, and as one of his coaches, I have watched him whether it be at a practice or competition, continuously working on ways to improve his skills while encouraging his teammates to do the same. He is one to always push himself to perform at his best ability hardly ever getting satisfied and always wanting more. He shows up ready and willing to put in the work that is needed in order to be successful, and is constantly motivating himself and those around him. Hobi has proven to find success in each of the sports that he participates in not only due to his athletic abilities, but more importantly by the leadership skills that he portrays. He is a true team player, always willing to do what is best in order for his team to succeed. Aside from the playing field, I have observed Hobi in other aspects of life since getting to know him. You can find him involved in numerous activities within our school district, excelling at each one with a positive attitude. In my opinion, he is a very reliable student-athlete who works well with others and is always ready and willing to provide help when needed.
