My collegiate goals are to get recruited to run Division I, II, or III Cross Country and Track and Field, attend an academically rigorous institution to take advantage of and further develop my intellectual talents, and meet and build relationships with my coaches, teachers, classmates, and peers to improve myself as a human being and contribute to my community.
I believe that my work ethic and drive are my strongest personal qualities. I consistently push myself above and beyond, in the classroom on the track and in cross country, and in my extracurricular activities. I believe I am a good fit for any high-level XCTF program due to my leadership skills, strong accountability and discipline both for myself and others, and ability to connect with people and learn from them.
I am willing to give as much of myself to any program as necessary to ensure both team and individual success. My strong academics and personal qualities show a commitment to bettering myself through a holistic lens as a human being, including my rapid improvements in my performance in running, and I will apply that work ethic and positive attitude toward my running and academic career in college.
