Zachary Dewalt '24 Recruiting Profile

I started competing in track and field in the 7^th grade and immediately fell in love with the sport. My drive and determination led me to compete in high school as the only freshman on the varsity team. I was selected to the 1^st Team and 2^nd Team - All South Texas for sprints and horizontal jumps my freshman and sophomore years. As I start my junior year and look towards my future, I want nothing more than to be given a chance to compete at the highest college level.

I never give up and I am not content with being nothing but the best that I can be athletically and academically. I have a 4.0 GPA and I make an effort to train every day. I am a coachable athlete and I have a great relationship with all of my coaches. 

If given a chance, I know I will accomplish great things.
