It takes discipline, competitiveness, confidence, focus, commitment, good time management, and the ability to work well as a team player to be a good athlete.
My name is Koffi and for my very first track season this year, I was fortunate enough to be part of one. one of the best track teams in El Paso and also trained by one of the best coaches. As a beginner, I know there is a lot of improvement to be made and I can't wait to see how far I go with the track. As an encouragement, One of my coaches always tells me: "Everyone feels bad, they want to quit when it hurts, but the real champions are the ones who fight their way through the pain.", and I'm willing to work hard to get to the top.
