I believe I would be a good candidate since I have been taught that hard work is the only way to obtain anything and advance in life. My ambition is to become a collegiate athlete and earn a degree to become a coach and become a math teacher . My dad has and continues to teach me everything he knows about running and basketball. I think if you have the appropriate coach, you can do anything. Grades are everything to me, if you do not put in the time in the classroom, you will never realize your full athletic potential. My aspirations are to run and play basketball at the next level. I value teamwork above all else, as well as unselfish leadership in terms of teamwork and giving back. I was raised to assist others and put the team before myself. If given the chance, I would never take for granted.
