Personal Statement

My greatest aspiration pertaining to my collegiate athletic career is to beat myself in every meet that I compete in. By this I mean that I want to better myself every chance I get by continually improving my times and perfecting every aspect of my sprinting. This goal is primarily accomplished through hard work and training culminating in the heat of the race. I will work as hard as I am capable and push my teammates while they simultaneously push me. My "all in" attitude and ability, in addition to my willingness to learn new techniques and skills, will spur me and my team to the top, wherever that may be. I have had limited coaching in track and field and am excited to begin my college career with a strong coaching staff and team to continue to advance and succeed.
