College volleyball goals

• Starting Outside hitter.  Secondary DS

• I'm a Leader  I don’t take no for an answer on my team I won’t let them quit.

    I motivate them when they do a good job. I will praise them and tell them it's not over and to do it again and when they make a mistake I tell them to shake it off and that's it gone and over and to get the next one.  I understand that volleyball is a mental game just as much as it is a physical game because you need to stay focused and positive about your team and your brothers.

    I have a strategic mindset and a winners Mentality.  I am Able to study and evaluate the opposing teams strengths and weaknesses and communicate those strengths and weaknesses to my teammates for the benefit of the team.  I will tell the setter or the Lebaro to set the middle or Right Side if I see a weakness on the team for that position.
