I've played countless sports before I played volleyball. I felt a spark the first time I ever played this sport, and I knew I wanted to keep playing and competing as long as I possibly could. I'm a very hard worker, and I have a go-getter attitude. I will never let the ball or my team's attitude drop on the court. I've been playing volleyball for 2 years now, and don't plan on stopping. I am a very good student and I am consistently on honor roll. I am taking challenging classes next year to make sure I am prepared for Pre-med in college. I am always looking for opportunities to improve my physical and mental game. I'm always in the gym after school, doing strict workouts to ensure I can keep growing as a player. I am currently taking private lessons, attending camps, and playing beach tournaments to improve and ensure I can be of value to any team I play in. Though I am always looking to improve as a individual player, I understand that volleyball is a team sport, and no-matter winning or losing, it happens as a team. I don't believe in giving up, and I make sure to hold my self accountable on and off the court. In conclusion, this is why I believe I would be a good candidate to compete at the next level.
