I have been playing volleyball for four years, and have taken every opportunity I have to be able to touch a ball. From clinics, camps, clubs, grass tourneys, beach training, doubles champions, high school, and quads tournament champions. I love to play beach and grass volleyball and focus on improving my jump and volleyball IQ knowledge of the game. I’ve been around dozens, or more, coaches and very easily can soak in new information.
I have played every position possible the game has to offer and am very versatile on the court. I can be placed in any spot/position, and be able to make an impact. I am very confident in my back row with passing, defense, and back row attacks, and have a strong sense of the fundamentals. I try and understand the "why" of something rather than blindly following instructions, to be able to personally believe in instructions and execute from there. I am able to put my ego aside and love being coached or being given criticism by any to get better in the long run.
I have played countless sports since I was little such as basketball, soccer, baseball, and football, but I fell in love with volleyball during the end of middle school and the start of covid. Rain or shine, snow or not, as long as it was under 20°, I was out playing with anyone who could hold a volleyball. I am forever grateful for the lessons this sport has taught me, that I can apply to my everyday life with ethics, time management, attitude, perspective, and mentality.
I have a 4.0 UW GPA, have a very vigorous high school class schedule, and take the “student” in student-athlete very seriously. I hope to find a school that fits me well in academics and athletics. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions regarding me.
