Joseph Braun '25 Recruiting Profile

Hello. My name is Joe Braun, and among a multitude of other things, I love mens volleyball. Although I participated in other sports (varsity kicker for my high school), volleyball is where my heart is and I would like to be considered for a team at the collegiate level.

My grades are a big priority to me, and as long as I am trying my hardest, you will never hear me complain. That type of mentality has helped me in my athletics as well. I am the type of person to show up 30 minutes early to practice, and finish the practice asking the coach what I can do better. I know I have been blessed with a talent, but feel there is so much I can improve on as well.

I currently am a setter for my schools varsity team in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania (Freedom HS), as well as my club volleyball team, Velocity Lehigh Valley, where I also play OPP (we are currently running a 6-2)

In the past,  I have always played in a group that was up an age level. This was my first year playing at my own age level, and was very excited about the successes we had together as a team.
