Alexander Huynh '22 Recruiting Profile

Even as an undersized player in today's men's volleyball standards, I continue to strive for improvement. Lacking opportunities to play volleyball in Texas, I invest a lot of the hours I do have into what's available. For instance, I've played hundreds of hours at Houston's spike sport volleyball training facility adult open gyms and I believe that it shows my focus, love, and determination for the sport. I also believe that I would be a good candidate for any team because I'm always looking for ways to improve whether it be from coaches or from experience on a higher level court. I've always been an advocate for anything volleyball and I find that what I love seeing most is when someone falls in love with the sport the same way I did. This is why I've introduced many to the sport along with having a prominent role in encouraging my team whether it be on or off the court.
