Nicolas Buhl '25 Recruiting Profile

Since I started playing water polo my goal has been to play in college while getting a degree that will send me down the right path for my future. I have played water polo since I was 9 and been on multiple swim teams to increase my speed and endurance. At practices I make sure to show up on time, prepared, and willing to work. Many of my coaches have told that I'm one of the most coachable players they've had. I hold myself to a very high standard in academics and sports. I currently have a 4.6 GPA and I plan on keeping or elevating it for the rest of high school. Because I have been swimming for years I'm able to play giving 100 percent for longer than what most of the other guys are able to do. I always play for my team first and myself second, looking to make the extra pass before I shoot if that's what's needed. I would love to be considered to play water polo and to continue my academic career at a high level college.
