Jespyn Bishop '21 Recruiting Profile

One of the most important lessons water polo has taught me is how crucial it is to work as a team.  When we are in the water we have to work together to score goals, work as a strong defense and accomplish the goals we set forth each game.  As a team we must be in constant motion and we have to establish a smooth communication in order to play efficiently.  When something isn't working my coach turns to me as a leader and asks what I might do to help the team.  A lot of people on my team look up to me but I also look to them for help as well. I know that I am not the only one on the team and others can help with leading it. I try to set the example on the team so that others will follow by being a good role model and teammate.
