Personal Statement
After playing a season of water polo with my home high school team, I felt the urge to step up for my short-handed team and take on this new challenge. Although I've been swimming for quite a while, I've always been passionate for playing a team sport. I did not want to waste the opportunity of playing water polo once it was offered to me in my junior year. I truly enjoyed the experience and can't wait to expand on the journey. Even though I'm still familiarizing myself with the game, I feel like I have all components to succeed in water polo.
