My name is Andy Zhuri; I am from Houston, Texas, and I attend Stratford High School. My passion for water polo started in my first year of high school. Ever since then, I knew I wanted to become a fantastic player. At that time, swimming was my primary sport, and I've been doing it since I was four years old, as well as basketball before I got to High School. When I became a Junior in high school, Waterpolo became my main priority, as water polo games started to be my first commitment, and my passion grew exponentially. I have played in two teams: Stratford High School water polo team since the spring of 2021 and Viper Pigeon Water polo club since May of 2022.
Sports have been a massive part of my life since I started swimming at 3. I have paddled and played water polo at many levels, ranging from school swimming/water polo to swimming/water polo, for my league selection and representing my region. Water polo is my main interest, and I enjoy other sports such as basketball, volleyball, football, and many more. I have had experience in these sports, having participated in many during physical education at school, a subject which has played a big part in my school career. The things I enjoy about sports are that it needs a lot of dedication and hard work to be successful, as well as sports being very demanding and challenging. As a result of my interest in sports, I would like to continue playing water polo in college. I have played sports since I was young and still play it now. Sport is a crucial factor in my life.
The skill of determination and a high level of commitment are needed to succeed in any course, but especially for this course, as a sport is challenging and always has different situations. The career I have in mind is to allow in the path of Thinking and be Strategic.
