Hard work and commitment are two things I hold to a standard. 110% effort is something I believe should always be attained. Your attitude is something I believe to be the most influential in how you perceive, perform and improve. I realized how much time and effort goes into this sport and how much of your life it takes up and then I realized not only what it looked like but what it felt like to be a well-rounded athlete having to maintain that balance. Softball has taught me some valuable lessons and pushes me to be a better person, athlete and teammate.
