Hi, Im Teressa Valle i go to Buena Park High School, I'm a Senior. I've been playing softball the summer before starting my freshmen year in 2016. I've played Left Center Right Field, Pitcher, 2nd base and 1st base recently. I came from playing only out field not knowing how to play infield. Before my season of my freshmen year i asked to learn how to pitch, not really the best but i didn't give up i pitched two innings and played center once and a while my sophomore year. For a left handed is rare to see and to play 6 positions still shocks me, I'm a natural left handed hard for people to believe and people forget i am. I made Varsity my junior year hardly played due to health issues played a couple games. But, at games and practices i'm always always getting down in the dirt sliding diving and actually love doing that because its a natural extinct of mine. It may be my last year i might play but to be a part of Varsity still is the best part to support them when not a lot of people do, hurts that i have the fear of something happening but its better to be safe than sorry. I want to play in college its a dream of mine and don't want to give up on my dreams even though it seems like i have for all that i've been through hurts but never gave up. To hear from any coach would be great because there's so much to my story than this. I know most coaches might not want an athlete that can't play like they should, but I am the one who does try, never gives up, and always willing to play new positions and my health is getting better. Even though all this has happened to me I still have my heart set on the field, I love playing and I will do whatever it takes to play for college. I am probably one of the most dedicated girls on my team that actually pushes myself a lot and gives more than 100% at practice and at games. I may not be the best like others I did come from not knowing anything to someone who never gives up, always at practice never missed one, always go home with sweat, dirt, bruises, scraps. Got hit everywhere on my body it never hurt. Took me 2 years to make Varsity never complained always worked on everything on and off the field practiced a lot even after practice just to get better. Any coach probably won't want a girl with health issues like me but I'll do whatever it takes to play to show what I got, I don't want to give up a dream I had since I started playing. May not have a lot of experience but my old coach watched me since she was my coach my freshmen year she was one of the two that made me keep going and did what was best not just for me but for all the girls, without her I wouldn't have so much passion and dedication put on the field.
