Hi my name is Mayah Larenas, I attend Chino High school located in Chino, CA . I'm currently a Sophomore in High School and set to graduate in the year of 2024. I plan to major in psychology and pursue my dream of becoming a family therapist. I've been playing softball for 7 years and I would like to continue my softball career. My ultimate goal is to play softball at the collegiate level. I'm not concerned about what division it may be, I just want to compete and be part of a team. I also want to fulfill my academic goals of obtaining a degree in psychology. I continue to push myself on and off the field. On the field, I strive to become a leader and better myself at all costs. I make myself available to all my coaches, and listen to what they have to say. Off the field, I challenge myself in the classroom. I am enrolled in all honors courses . I believe that by pushing myself on a daily basis, whether it's on the field or in the classroom, it builds character and strength. Softball to me means that I get to build relationships with new people each year and grow as a unit in pursuing a goal. Softball allows me to express myself in another way. I can escape from my day to day life and go out there and compete while having fun. I will continue to be a leader and challenge myself throughout this journey.
Thank you for taking the time to read my profile.
