Hi Coaches,
I am from Elk Grove, California. My GPA is usually either a 4.0 or 3.75. I love to compete in the classroom as well as on the softball field. Academics is very important, and I try to keep a balance with my classwork. softball responsibilities and enjoying my high school experience.
I enjoy learning and playing around with which pitch works best to keep the batter off balance or get the out.
I’m a right-hand spin pitcher. My mechanics, speed and dynamics pitching coach is Michele Granger, former Cal Bear and USA Olympian. She has taught me how to fine tune and build my skill, use my whole body, and gives me great advice.
Also helping me with my pitching in my younger years was coach Christine Pierce, former D1 pitcher for Jacksonville State. She taught me how to get comfortable with my form and control my pitches.
I am a Utility player and can play any position on the field except for catcher. I like the outfield because I can catch the ball for an out or assist by throwing out a runner. For my High School team, I m a pitcher/ first basemen. For my travel team, I am a pitcher/ outfielder.
My hitting, agility, strength, and conditioning coach is Andrew 'Andy' Lopez from Elk Grove California who is a former minor league player. He taught me how important fitness is for an athlete even if I had to wake up at 5:30am to get it in.
I love softball, I have been playing softball since I was 5 years old and have been preparing for it since I was 3 years old.
I’m a hard worker that wants to learn more. I love supporting my teammates and I know that just because I am a pitcher, I cannot win the game without supportive teammates.
Follow me on my journey and watch me continue to grow into the player you are looking for.
