For my college career, I am really focused on achieving my ultimate goal of earning a DPT (Doctorate of Physical Therapy), so I take my academics very seriously. I need a good school that has a solid Kinesiology/ Physical Therapy program for that purpose. Even aside from the softball aspect of my life, I like to make sure that I am very well-rounded by being very involved in my school and community. I have had the amazing privilege of being a part of multiple leadership opportunities that has led me to be the confident, diligent, and personable leader I am today. This leadership has extended into all aspects of my life; on the field, in the classroom, in my own business ventures alike. I have proudly been a recipient of the Presidential Service Award for making such a difference in my community and school. I would really love/ plan to take these skills with me to college to become the best person I can be. When it comes to athletics, I am very devoted to my craft and to my team and I try to consistently better myself as a pitcher. While I am very competitive and love to win, it is not everything for me when it comes to choosing a school. As much as I would love to walk away with four championship rings, I know that after the last pitch is thrown, I leave with a diploma. My education is definitely the most important thing to me.
