My name is Emma Le. I am 15 years old and in my freshman year at Branham High School. I have been playing softball since I was 8 years old, and have been playing year round since I was 10.
I also work with a private hitting coach. I started out as a right handed batter, but switched to left handed batting/slapping in the fall of 2016. I still have room to improve, but I will continue to practice and work at it. I mainly play center field, but I also play left field. I am also a strong base runner and always have a plan on where to go when playing in the field.
I play softball because I love the sport and I like to play beside people who love to play as much as I do. I feel that I am a very supportive teammate and bring a strong presence to the field. I am always willing to learn and improve as a player and person. I believe when playing with people that are better than me will help me improve; not only as an athlete, but as a better person, too. My goal when playing at a collegiate level is to learn more, become a better player, and play hard.
