Cheyenne (CJ) Larsen '20 Recruiting Profile

I've been playing softball for a long time and as I grow older I find myself loving the game even more. I believe it has really made me into the person I am today. I find myself pushing harder to achieve the things I want and I really believe me playing softball has had a big part in that. Playing the game has also shown me to let things go because you'll always have another chance or like we say on my team "you'll always have another at bat".  

One thing that I make sure that I do when I play is to pick my teammates up because if one player gets down on themselves and brings it back on to the field, it can really bring the team down. So, what I like to do is just to let them know that they have another shot and to shake it off. It makes me really happy when my teammates do good because it bring the sprit on the team up and I believe that separates a winning team from a losing team.

As for high school,  I really enjoy it and I like when I do good. One of my goals is from now on I would like to  get a 4.0 GPA every semester until I graduate. Then when I graduate, I would like to graduate top of my class with a 4.0 or higher GPA.
