The key to my performance is self-confidence and self-discipline on and off the field. I also believe that academics are more important than being an athlete. Being able to play is a privilege earned by character, belief in yourself, and in your teammates. I hope to learn from my coaches and teammates who have more experience in the game than I do and to always strive to be my best at everything I do. I want to play college softball to inspire younger girls who watch college softball as I do and to have some fun with girls who want to be there. I want to be an inspiration for myself, my teammates, and the people who would watch me. I love playing softball, and I strive to become a better athlete and person by playing this sport. Always striving to stay upbeat and having a good mindset through all adversity is very important to me. I try to stay unfazed and zoned in when on the mound and prepared for anything in the field. Every position is important and every mindset changes the game.
