October 2017 Personal Statement
My name is Hannah Eden and I am 5'6, 160 lbs. I have been playing softball since I was 8 years old and have always loved the competitiveness and the comradery of the sport. I am an upcoming senior and have played my first three years of high school as a starter on the Dr.Phillips High School varsity team. Freshman year I started at third base and sophomore, junior, and senior year I was starting catcher. I also play travel ball with the 18u Windermere Wildfire team.
Since I have started playing softball at a young age it has taught me time management, communication, and the work ethic of never giving up. I hope to continue my softball journey as I feel it has shaped me into the person I am today and will better me for the future. I would love to have the opportunity of playing at the college level.
