2020 SpotlightPersonal Statement
My name is Brynn Sheedy. I’m a right-handed hitting outfielder and first baseman playing for the Illinois Sluggers 18 - VA and Lake Park High School in Roselle, IL. I’m a strong leader in the classroom, on the field and in the dugout. My goals are to be the best student I can be, the ultimate teammate and the best player I can be on the field. I work very hard day-in and day-out with these goals in mind. I am extremely motivated with an exceptional work ethic. As an athlete with aspirations of playing at the collegiate level, I am driven to excel both athletically and academically. What I love most about softball is my team and the competitive nature and pace of the game. What excites me the most is seeing my teammates do well and seeing our hard work pay off in our shared success. I anticipate being an education major in college.
