- ActivitiesI like to participate in breast cancer related community events. I've done this since age 7. I have helped my mother at many of her events. Her hospital is the flagship sponsor for The American Cancer Society. I have handed out breast health pamphlets at local survivor events. I will be volunteering at the hospital in the breast center. I check patients in for their tests and have them change for their mammograms. I assure the patients family while they are waiting for loved ones. It's a pretty rewarding experience.
