Kelly Rosenbaum '15 Recruiting Profile

I've just recently discovered what I want to pursue in college academically which is to study psychology and education.. Something I've always known is that I want to be a collegiate softball player. I've been playing the game my whole life and I want to continue playing throughout college. I am a good candidate for any collegiate team because I am a team player. I recognize that I'm not always going to be the winning catch or the no hitter pitcher but that's why it's a team sport. I will do my part and try my best and even if it's just not my day, I will still support my team and give 100%. I love to pitch and it is my main position but I also believe I am a talented first baseman. Playing at first base just comes naturally and I enjoy it just as much as I enjoy pitching. I believe I am different from other recruits because when I am passionate about something, I put my everything into it and stay optimistic. Even when I'm faced with obstacles, I find a way to overcome them to do the things I love.
