My name is Annamarie Kalhoefer but I just go by Anna. I've been around sports all my life, especially softball. The first time I touched a softball was when I was around two years old and my dad coached a baseball team and thats when I started playing in baseball and eventually softball. I have always known that I like being around a team like softball. Being around your softball team because it's way different than most sports where you practice together and you are on a team but you go against each other like in swim. In a softball team, you have to work together and that's where I have learned my teamwork, discipline, and hard work. Everyone hates making mistakes but I feel like that a way to get better and improve. I have always loved to improve and get better and I think that its a way you can get one day better and there is always someone better than you are you just have to make sure that you are working harder than everyone else is and to bring your team mates up and not down but to help them move forwards and not backward.
