My goal in life is to be uncommon. I prove to others and to myself that I will push through when others choose to quit. Everyone has a choice when life gets hard, and I choose to dedicate my time and energy to the uncommon way. If its in the classroom and / or in the field, I will always give it my 110%.  As a student athlete, I know my academics are important, and I work hard in the classroom. School is a building block to a successful future career and I want to have a strong foundation. I love this sport, but I acknowledge that my years playing are limited. I may not be the most talented softball player out there, but I will be the most hardworking and supportive teammate on the field. Character  is an enormous factor that impacts an athletes performance. As a student athlete, I choose to have persistence, optimism, and integrity. I believe that these values are essential for me to acquire for a successful future.
