Kaitlyn Genduso '26 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing softball since I was 7 years old.I have grown and learned so much about myself and softball over these past 8 years.

 I am a loud and active player that is always willing to improve my skills. I believe a team thrives with chemistry and passion for softball. I am a hard worker, I am always willing to improve on and off the field. I have a love for softball, I love the competition and drive to win. I am adaptable in any setting/ scenario in softball and academically. I have strong communication skills, a positive attitude no matter what happens. I am always willing to play were told and go an extra mile to win games and push teammates. I can stay focused and motivated during tough games. 

I wish to go to a college that I succeed in no matter what level I want to leave the field knowing I couldn't have worked any harder in my softball career. I work hard and understand the challenges in the future I may face, but I also know what I am capable of as a player and person. I was a young as 11 when I started facing small changeless I needed to overcome, I understand now that it was just to help me build up to the player I am meant to be in the future. Thank you.
