Hello, my name is Kaylie Woods. I am a seventeen year old that lives in the small town of Caruthersville, Missouri. I attend Cooter High School and I am currently in my junior year of high school. Every quarter I finish out with honor roll and strive to be the best I can be. When I'm not at school I spend all of my time playing sports. I am currently playing softball, volleyball, and I am a cheerleader for the high school, I also am apart of FBLA and BETA club. No matter the sport or how I feel I always push to not only help myself, but to help the team get better as a whole. Pushing myself has never been a probably for me. From playing softball with an extreme cold and competing in the cheer state competition with a broken toe, I always try to do whatever I have to do to help my team.
During the off season, I work with my pitching coach 24/7. On beautiful days we spend hours at a time trying to prefect my pitching. I've always wanted to get scholarships for softball and I'm doing everything I can to make my dreams come true. Being able to continue playing my favorite sport would be one of the greatest things that could happen to me. Being on the field is when I have complete comfort and peace. Playing in the game is when I feel happiness. I would do anything to continue the game aftee high school.
