2023 Highlights Personal Statement
Hi! My name is Bella Shupe and I am a junior at Northwest High School. I play fall, spring and summer as one of the starting pitchers for the Flames of Nebraska Red Hots. I have played travel softball since 10u with the last five years spent with the Flames. As part of the Flames, I have voluntarily completed 4 years of Team Leadership courses which has helped me to learn how to be a better teammate and also to lead my teammates. I work extremely hard in school and completed my freshman and sophomore year of high school with a 4.0 GPA and an academic letter. I strive to do the best I can in the classroom and work to improve my grades whenever possible.
My goal for college is to play for a competitive team while also being able to work towards my degree and become a veterinarian.
