Personal Statement

Hello, my name is Jenna Wall I am a student at Chaparral High School. I am adopted and I've had a rough upbringing but I have always found sports and Broadway as my escape. When I was in the 6th grade I went to my first baseball game and I completely fell in love with the sport. I would play catch with my friends and go to baseball games and I knew when I got into high school I wanted to play. Covid was during my freshman year and because I couldn't play on a team I would go outside and throw against a brick wall to practice getting grounders so I could be ready to play my sophomore year. Playing my first year I loved every single moment of it. Building connections with my team and just enjoying each game no matter if we won or lost was the best feeling and I knew I wanted to continue doing it outside of school.

I am a very “busybody” type of person, I say this because while I did sports I also loved to do shows and do Broadway. Even though I was busy I gave my all in school firsthand because I knew the type of future I wanted to achieve. It was a hard thing to manage my schedule but I did it with passion and motivation.

I would love to be considered as an aspect of your team. Thank you.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
