Kristen Steele '13 Recruiting Profile

Hi, Im Kristen Steele, Im 5'5 and 135 lbs, when I took my test at the beginning of my softball year, this year, I  run a 2.9 from home to first. I am the fastest around the bases on my team and I'm pretty smart. My most important accomplishments are making the junior varsity team when I was in the 7th grade and making the varsity team my freshmen year. I've been playing softball since I was about 9 or so. I'm the team captain for my travel ball team. I've  got so much heart for this game, I always hustle to everything, I'm the first person on the fence cheering on my team every game. This sport since I was 9 has consumed my life, a day with out softball I feel incomplete and love to be pushed to my limits. I would like to go to a school that offers Sports Medicine, I would love to go to a division 1 school but I'm up for anything as long as I'm playing softball and studying what I want to study. I would love to play as a freshman in college. What ever I can do as long as I'm part of a team and get to play. To make an impact on the team, I'm most sure when people meet me they cant forget me I've got heart and spunk.
